Keynoted or lectured to the International Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the International Licensing Executive Society, International Consumer Electronics Association,a Pengon Innovation Summit held at SRI, IBM and Google, Bolt Beronek & Newman, and 3M.

Lectured to executive MBA programs in Tsingua University in Shenzhen China, at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and in the US on the Stanford, Berkely Haas School of Business, San Jose State and the University of Chicago Booth Scholl of Business campuses.

Created an early innovation managment program at Cogswell Polytechnical Collage in 2000 leading to the founding of the Silicon Valley Innovation Insitutue in 2005.
